Marketing and Communications will be reaching out individually to college units to offer support in updating email templates in accordance with the university's new standards. *These email templates are for those comfortable using HTML code. Timeline: Approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on the scope of your project. After you’ve approved our template, we’ll help you place your content and assist you in preparing it for distribution. Once we have direction from your team, we’ll put together an email template for your review, going back and forth with your team to make edits as needed. Overview: We’ll first set up a meeting with you and your team to discuss what you’re looking for in terms of design and content, if needed. We offer consulting on template design and content, and are happy to build specialized email templates for your department or center as needed.
